I have known Cae Thomas for 6 years, as a family friend.

I just wanted to take a minute to write and give feedback of the service you have provided to myself whilst looking to buying property. I think it is paramount that service and communication between the real estate agent and the buyer exists to ensure an easy transition takes place.

I found Cae to be very easy to do business with and was willing to go the extra mile to answer my questions and by providing myself with the information i required to make an informed decision of buying real estate from his vendor. If for some reason he wasn't able to answer my question he would be right onto the phone to the vendor to enquire, at times they didn't answer he promptly called me when a response was received - he took ownership of every enquiry.

Knowing that Cae Thomas was employed by the vendor to sell their property at a good price, he made it feel as though he had the buyers best interest in heart as well and was never pushy with the sale, rather he kept me up to date with offers, open inspections and the like - he is a great communicator! CONT - It took 3 failed auctions ( outbid) and a period of around 8 months of looking at open homes before settling on a property that Cae was the selling agent for. In this time for looking at buying, I had the opportunity to speak to many real estate agents. My opinion of many agents was that they just wanted the sale and i met a few that were extremely pushy - Cae on the other hand was extremely friendly and helpful in all aspects, it was a refreshing change to what I have experienced in other agents.

Cae also made himself available when the open times didn't suit and and he made himself available to meet me either before or after work.

My wife and I are now possibly looking to sell other property we own within 6 - 12 months time and I would have no hesitations in calling Cae to sell my property.

The one thing that stood out above everything was the fact that Cae followed up with myself after settlement to ensure everything was ok and if I was moving into the property - he showed that even though he had sold the property he still took an interest in the well being of the buyer.
