To Whom it may concern, This is a reference for Frank Carmada as a property manager, that he has acted to he best of his ability in my interest at all times, not misled me or withheld any information in relation to my rental property. He has kept me up to date and informed on relevant matters concerning my apartment. He has acted in a prompt manner in organising trades to assess and rectify issues and problems brought up by the tenant. The matter of fly screens was not dealt with by Frank, as it was not a repair issue and hence was organised by myself. This addition was requested by the tenant, and I agreed as it was a renovation/additional work adding value to my rental property.
